It is a piece of Jewelry of the Ring class. It is a brass ring with a large emblem in front, depicting bat wings, features which are often attributed to the ring's namesake, Daedric Prince Namira.

Ring of Namira has the following special effect(s):

"Stamina is increased by 50 points. Feeding on corpses grants you increased Health and Health regeneration for five minutes."

  • The Ring of Namira gives a flat bonus of 50 points to your Stamina.
  • In addition, it also grants you the ability to feed on corpses. Doing so grants a 50 Health bonus, as well as a +50% increase to your health regeneration for 5 minutes.
  • Eligible corpses for consumption are any humanoid that belongs to the playable Races.
  • You may also feed on your own Dremora Lord summons by clicking on its body before it disappears after dying, although this is likely a bug and not an intended effect.

 

How to obtain the Ring of Namira Daedric Artifact in Skyrim

Ring of Namira can be obtained as follows:

  • Complete the quest "The Taste of Death". This quest is available in Markarth by listening to local rumors from the inkeeper at the Silver-Blood Inn.
  • Note that you must kill Verulus and eat his corpse at the end of the quest in order to obtain the ring.
