Totem of Fear is a Power in Skyrim. Powers in Skyrim are a unique type of spell with powerful effects. Each race is granted a unique power and additional powers can be acquired during the game through various means. Most Powers will cost no Magicka to cast but can only be used once per in-game day, going on an in-game 24-hour cooldown after use. Powers can be found listed in the magic menu under Powers.

Lesser Racial Powers in Skyrim are Powers that can be used multiple times a day. Lesser powers also show up in the same menu with the other powers under the magic menu.
