I found a book that mentioned a cult of Boethiah in the mountains near Windhelm.

Objective

• Investigate the Boethiah cultist
• Find the shrine of Boethiah
• Find the cult of Boethiah
• Lead someone to become trapped by the shrine and slay them
• Slay the other cultists
• Speak to Boethiah's Conduit
• Slay everyone at Knifepoint Ridge stealthily
• Retrieve and equip the Ebony Mail

• Ebony Mail

Walkthrough

• (Optional) Read Boethiah's Proving.
• Go to Sacellum of Boethiah and Talk to the Priestess of Boethiah.
• Sacrifice a follower on the Altar of Sacrifice.
• Kill all the cult members.
• Go to Knifepoint Ridge and kill Boethiah's current champion.
