• Get assistance from Jorleif
• Question the witnesses
• Report to the guard
• Talk to Jorleif
• Examine the crime scene
• Talk to Helgird
• Get access to Hjerim
• Look for clues
• Follow up on the clues from Hjerim
• Meet Viola outside of Hjerim
• Investigate Hjerim with Viola
• Talk to Jorleif

• Speak to Wuunferth
• Patrol the streets of the Stone Quarter at night
• Catch the murderer
• Speak to Jorleif for reward

OR

• Patrol the streets of the Stone Quarter at night
• Catch the murderer
• Talk to Jorleif

Reward

Walkthrough

• Go to the murder scene in Windhelm's graveyard and talk to the guard.
• Talk to Jorleif in the castle. Talk to Helgird in Windhelm's Hall of the Dead.
• Follow the trail of blood to Hjerim and obtain the key.
• Search Hjerim for evidence.
• Talk to Viola Giordano and Calixto Corrium.
• Make an important choice.
• Patrol the Stone Quarter at night and catch the murderer.
• Report back to Jorleif.
