Orc is a Race in Skyrim. Orsimer is one of the ten playable Races in Skyrim. Having unshakable courage in war and unflinching endurance of hardships, Orcs are widely feared and hated by the other nations and races of Tamriel in the past. They are also well known to be the greatest warriors and smiths.

Skyrim Orc Combat Information
Orcs are great choices for melee combat focused builds and playstyles. Their innate skill bonuses grant great bonuses to any melee weapon choice as well as for crafting great weapons. Having a +10 to Heavy Armor is a great start for players who want to play a strong close range fighter with the benefits that Heavy Armor give.
As an Orc, players are treated as Blood-Kin by Orc Strongholds around Skyrim. This allows them to enter the Orc Strongholds without having to complete any quests to enter.
Berserker Rage is one of the most powerful racial powers in the game. Being able to reduce damage taken by half gives a player a huge amount of survivability that can tide them through many combats. Berserker Rage also grants double damage to the player giving them the power to easily dispatch foes in combat. Many powerful builds can be built around Berserker Rage,
