Nightshade Extract is a Poison-type Item in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Poisons are consumable items that provide a large array of effects. Unlike Potions which are ingested by the user to gain various benefits, Poisons are typically applied to Weapons to temporarily enhance the next attack, afflicting targets with the poison's effect. Poisons can be found all throughout Skyrim through exploration, as loot or rewards, purchased from vendors, stolen or crafted via Alchemy.
