- For 60 seconds, nearby opponents take 8 points of damage per second to Health and half as much to Magicka.
- Does not harm Followers. Does harm neutral NPCs like town guards.
- Only 1 cloak can be active at a time
- Duration continues while underwater
- Destruction Dual Casting increases range
- Damage increased by the Augmented Shock perk
- Enemies affected by the Disintegrate perk
