Balmora Blue is one of the few alcoholic beverages banned in Skyrim.
Like Skooma, Balmora Blue is an illegal narcotic that is prohibited in Skyrim.
Acquired From
- Can be found during the Thieves Guild quest The Dainty Sload.
- Can be bought from Sabine Nytte for 1500 Septim, alternatively one can pickpocket the key from her to open chest that holds it. The chest can also be picked open though expert level is needed to open it.
Effect
- Restores 25 points of Stamina
Stamina regenerates 30% slower for 30 seconds.
